
Step 1: Submission Requirements
Each Open Call will have a number of specific requirements (which can vary from Call to Call). Some of the more common required items are:
Step 2: Create an Account
Your Artist Account lets you store all of these pieces of information and image files centrally - allowing you to use them multiple times for different Open Calls (this hopefully saves you time and hassle).
Step 3: Apply to a Call
When you are applying to a given Open Call, you will need to meet each required item on the list before you can Submit your Application. You can get these required items (assuming that you've already created them), from your Artist Account by selecting the: 'To import your stored 'ABCD' into this application: Click Here' link.
Step 4: Option to Create Stored Image Database
Alternatively, you can create new versions of these required items. You can choose to keep these new versions by the replacing the 'stored versions' that are in your Artist Account by checking the box that says: Check to save this "ABCD" as your Stored "ABCD".
Step 5: Preview your application
Once you have satisfied all the requirements for the call, you will see a 'Preview my Application' button at the bottom of your application page. Clicking this will bring you to a preview page, which lets you double-check everything before submitting.
Step 6: Submit your application
If you choose to submit your application at this point, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

By starting this application process, you are agreeing to release Framework Foundation and The Working Group from all liability related to this web application and the Open Call submission process.
Framework and The Working Group agree to only use your personal information and artwork images for the purpose of running the Open Call Submission and Jurying system, and will never release this information or these images to any third party without your express consent.
